OUTLOOK 97 - LEVEL 1

Course Length 1 Day - 8 Hour Class Session

Overview Students Will Learn the Fundamentals of Using Outlook  to Coordinate Mail, Appointments, Events, Contacts, Tasks and Notes

Prerequisite Introduction to Personal Computers 
Window 2000 Introduction or Windows XP Introduction

Delivery Method Instructor-Led, Group Paced, Classroom-Delivery Learning Model with Structured Hands-On Activities

Benefits Students will Learn How to Receive Mail, Schedule Appointments, Insert Events, Organize Contacts, Create Notes and Create and Manage Tasks 

Target Student Students Enrolling in This Course Should Have an Understanding of Personal Computers and the Windows Environment

What's Next Outlook 97 – Level 2 – Advanced 

The Second Course Teaches Students Advanced Mail, Calendar, Contacts, and Journal Features How to Create Forms and Templates and How to Customize the Outlook Desktop. 

Objectives Become Familiar with the Outlook 97 Interface 

Address, Create and Send Messages 

Create Personal Distribution Lists and Recall and Store Messages 

Create and Edit Appointments and Insert Events by Using the Calendar 

Create and Edit Items in the Contacts View 

Create, Edit and Assign Tasks
